Overview for Businesses
Welcome
Thank you for taking the first step in considering re-opening your business. The Great Re-opening Movement is evolving every day and the team are working very hard behind the scenes to make sure you have as much information as possible, to support you in your decision to re-open your business.
Across the world, more and more footage of countries rising up against tyrannical governments is emerging daily. It is becoming increasingly clear that a much bigger agenda is at play and it’s not in our favour. Time is running out.
🇮🇹 Italy’s #IApro (#IOpen) movement began on 13th January 2021, starting a wave of rebellion across the world. Businesses did not advertise they were re-opening they just opened up and the customers came. Since then, the Italian Government have started relaxing restrictions and to our knowledge, 50,000 businesses remain open. You won’t hear this on the mainstream media, but it is happening and it can be done.
🇵🇱 Poland, since announcing “We will end this madness”, have opened tourism businesses and ski resorts, despite the Government restrictions.
Portugal and Spain have also began to take their power back supporting the #IApro and the their own great re-opening. This is just the beginning of reclaiming of your freedoms and protecting your rights to work and provide for your family.
Who are The Great Re-opening?
The Great Re-opening is not a professional body or corporate legal entity. They are a team of volunteers giving up their personal time to save their country. The decision to re-open your business rests with you, you are encouraged to do your own research and the team will provide you with as much information as possible.
How can you re-open?
There are a number of different options you can explore and the team have done their best to simplify this process for you. Please have a look over our different solutions under the “Business” drop down on the menu bar.
Working within legislation
The Government have provided a number of options to legally open your business. You’ve all spent money making your businesses “covid safe”, completing risk assessments and changing process to limit the alleged risk of spreading the disease.
Repurposing your business to provide the following ‘essential’ services:
- Hosting business meetings
- Providing a professional film/podcast production studio
- Wellbeing service providing support groups, therapeutic services, massage etc
- Click & Collect service
The usual guidelines and precautions, such as social distancing, use of masks, risk assessments should be followed. You can find out more about this approach <<here>>.
Contract / Contract Law
The Great Reopening has partnered with www.empoweringbusiness.info to provide you with as much free information and support as possible to lawfully open your business under contract and common law.
The Government have deemed your business as non-essential however, your business is essential to you, your customers, and the UK economy. Your business is essential!
This process aims to hold the Government to account by using their own laws against them. The UK Government and Governments across the world are operating as registered companies for profit. Many people are unaware of this hugely important fact. Companies cannot enforce legislation, acts or statutes without your consent.
What is a contract?
Contract Definition: “An agreement, upon sufficient consideration, to do or not to do a particular thing”
The Government have made you an offer to contract with them, you can accept this agreement or stipulate your own conditions.
You can do this by issuing the authorities a conditional notice of acceptance stating, you will close your business IF the Government provides evidence for the claims made to close your business. The same process can be reversed, notifying the authorities in advance, that you will open your business unless evidence is providing supporting the Government claims.
A number of businesses have already opened using the conditional notices and to date, have not had a reply substantiating the Governments Claims.
